Intentionality, be this static (state of mind) or active (intentional event), is a quality of the mind of one or more intentional entities. Insofar as these, as carriers of intentionality, are situated and live in a spatio-temporal context there's always a projection of intentionality in spatio-temporal events (crm:E5 Event class). This property thus associates a state of mind or, more frequently, an intentional event happening in the mind of one or more persons, with the spatio-temporal phenomena in the context of which these take place or occur.
