I agree, "pertain" is finally more relevant.
If one thing pertains to another, it relates, belongs, or applies to it.
The restrictions he imposed pertained to the type and height of buildings. [VERB to noun]
I would much rather that you asked Mrs Zuckerman any questions pertaining to herself. [VERB to noun]
...matters pertaining to naval district defense. [VERB + to]
I suggest "relates to" as label.
